Plan to arrive up to 30 minutes before your selected arrival window.
Parking
Parking is cash only. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.
Virtual Queue
Join by scanning the QR code provided for your group when you park.
Peak Nights
Traffic is heavier later in October, especially on Saturdays. Plan ahead.
Arrival & Entry Process
Your selected ticket time is your arrival window. From there, we guide you through a smoother, more organized entry process.
Pay to Park
When you enter the property, pay for parking and receive instructions for joining the virtual queue.
Scan the QR Code
Join the virtual queue by scanning the QR code provided for your group.
Enjoy the Atmosphere
Head toward the entrance, check in, and enjoy Club Spooky Courtyard while your place in line is held.
Enter When Called
You’ll receive a text notification when it’s time for your group to enter the attraction.
Parking Information
Parking is available on-site, and our staff will direct you when you arrive.
Payment
Parking is cash only. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.
Overflow Parking
If you are directed to the back parking lot, complimentary wagon shuttles will transport guests to the front entrance.
Traffic Tips
Traffic increases significantly later in October, especially on Saturdays. Allow extra time for parking and arrival.
Security & Prohibited Items
For everyone’s safety, security body scanners are in use at entry. Prohibited items must be left in your vehicle.
Please Leave These Items in Your Car
- Pocketbooks and large bags
- Food and drinks
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Vapes, lighters, and smoking devices
- Knives, guns, or weapons of any kind
We do not hold personal items. Disposal bins are available at the gate if needed. Small purses are permitted for essential personal items.
While You Wait
Once you’re checked in, enjoy Club Spooky Courtyard with a live DJ, beverages, and a social atmosphere while your place in line is held.
When your group is ready, you’ll receive a text to enter the attraction.
Adult Beverage Wristbands
Guests who wish to purchase adult beverages can get their wristband at the Laser Tag building, located just inside the security gate.
