Return and Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns.

 

Privacy/Security policy:

Kersey Valley, Inc. DOES NOT sell or distribute the data we collect during the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your tickets, and to contact you regarding specific haunted attraction related activities.

 

When you place an order for tickets with Kersey Valley, Inc. you will be transferred to our ticketing secure server.  All personal information, including credit card information, is communicated to us using encryption technology that prevents a third party from gaining access to this information.

 

Shipping Method:

Tickets are printed on line or Will Call.

You must have a printer to redeem your tickets at home.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If we are closed due to inclement weather your reservation tickets can be used as a general admission any day. If we are closed due to inclement weather it will be posted on the top of the home page by 5:30pm.

 

Spookywoods VIP Ticket:

This ticket includes the Haunted House, Ghost Town Tram, Flash Fright Experience, Haunted Corn and Spookywoods Maze. Ticket is no waiting to get in the haunted house, limited wait at all other attractions. Limited amount available.

 

The Last Ride Ticket:

This ticket is purchased at the Gotcha Covered T-shirt shop.  This is a burial simulator one person at time.  A total sensory experience of being taken to the grave in a coffin.  You are in total darkness with your face on TV out in the midway for everyone to see. Halloween Zip Line Tour

This ticket purchased at the ticket booth or on line.  Must arrive before 7pm to do both events in one night. See www.kerseyvalleyzipline.com for details.

 

On line Sales:

Print at home and bypass the ticket booth all together and go direct to the Reservation line at the haunted house. Your print at home ticket will be scanned at the door.  Do not go to the ticket booth with this ticket.

 

Phone Sales:

Same as On line Sales, except we process the order for you.

 

On-site Tickets:

All  tickets purchased on-site are first come first serve. On line tickets are the same price, so buy on line and skip the line!

 

Will Call Tickets:

If you do not want to print your advance tickets from your computer you can choose to pick them up at the ticket booth windows marked Will Call. Bring your photo ID to verify your tickets.

 

Service Fees:

All advance tickets have a service fee added at the time of purchase.

 

Fan Club Members:

Members get discounts off pre-season and other discount ticket offers direct to their phone or email. Join today and as always you can opt out anytime.
