Tickets FAQ's


Refund Policy: All tickets sales are final, no refunds.

Rain Policy: If we are closed due to rain your reservation tickets can be transfer to another day by calling our reservation line.  If we are closed due to rain it will be posted on this page at the top.

Phone Sales: All phone tickets can be picked up at our WILL CALL windows.  Bypassing the long wait for onsite tickets. 

Service Fees: Advance tickets do not include service fees.

Reservation Tickets:  We will only sell a limited number of tickets in 15 minute time slots starting at 8PM.  This insures your wait in line to be very limited. The best value is to purchase your tickets in advance to lock in your time in line.  Please bring a picture ID of the persons name that tickets were purchased in to pickup your tickets.  Tickets are not valid for resale.

Adult Tickets: General admission

Thursday Tickets: Discounted for Thursday nights only.

VIP Tickets: This grants you access to be grouped with the reservation ticket holders without having a reservation to get in the attraction.

Groups 20+ Tickets: Discounted Tickets for buying 20 or more tickets at one time.  Purchased  onsite or by phone MUST BE A ORGANIZED GROUP, NOT 20 RANDOM PEOPLE IN LINE.
