Maize Adventure Planted - July 4th!

We planted the field today and this evening we got a nice rain storm. The clock is ticking now towards our opening day August 30th for our daytime events!

We chose to plant the corn this year a little later than last year since we invested in an irrigation system to get water on the field. By planting later the corn should have a better chance to stay green into October.

Get Paid to Scare the Hell Out of People!

We are looking for people who love Halloween and scaring the hell out of people as much as we do!

Like the people in this photo, notice the wet spot? We added the Jason masks to hide their faces in the photo.

We are seeking highly motivated actors and actresses who love to scare AND earn money on the side. If you are interested, please read through some of the basics for working with us:

1. Show up on time every day we are open ready to scare!

2. You must be over 17. Bring proof of age - a copy of your birth certificate or drivers license/permit. If you are under 18 you will need a permission signed by your legal guardian to work.

3. Be enthusiastic! Even if you're playing dead, you must eventually come to life to be effective! We are seeking actors and actresses, not people who can startle.

4. Have your own transportation and be able to be on site ½ hour to 1 hour before we open (7:30pm) so that you will have enough time to get in costume. Each cast director may have specific times they would like you there by.
